Hi Sarah,
How exciting to be planning a
Disney Cruise Line vacation! To me, there’s nothing quite like it with the outstanding service, beautiful ports of call, incredible food, and great onboard activities and entertainment.
If you’re only seeing an option to pay in full when booking your cruise, there are two primary possibilities. First, you’re viewing an exciting itinerary that is quickly approaching and the paid in full date has already passed. You may still make that reservation and will likely be able to book
Port Adventures and onboard activities immediately after finalizing your reservation.
You may also be
viewing special rates – Inside Category with Restrictions, Oceanview Category with Restrictions, or Verandah Category with Restrictions (IGT, OGT, VGT) which must be paid in full at the time of booking. These offer great savings on particular sailings but be sure to
understand the details of these restrictions when considering them. My family’s last cruise was reserved this way, on a VGT, and we had a magnificent stateroom selected for us.
Sarah, the standard deposit on a Disney Cruise is 20 percent but there is a
current special offer for half-off deposits, making the required deposit just 10 percent of the total cruise cost for these dates. Please know that the
standard cancellation and paid in full policies apply, no matter when you book or which offer you reserve.
Whether you select a sail date that’s just around the riverbend or far off into the horizon, I know you’ll have an amazing vacation.
Please bring us any additional questions you have as you finalize your great adventure.
Happy planning!
Amy
