Hi Sylvia,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy that you stopped by our magical corner of the world with a question about your upcoming Walt Disney World visit. The first thing I’m noticing about your question is that you already know your way around the most important part of your trip - the
My Disney Experience app! Consider it your passport to all things Disney World; you can access your
park tickets and enter the park gates with it, purchase and book
Lightning Lane Passes, make
dining reservations, mobile order quick service meals, access park maps and so much more. Downloading and using the My Disney Experience app is the best way to navigate your Disney World vacation. Since you’re a pro, I don’t have to go too much further into that! Let’s hop right to your question.
The tickets listed in the My Disney Experience app are ordered in a fixed layout and are automatically sorted and organized by the person they belong to rather than the order in which they were purchased or will be used/expire. Unfortunately you won’t have the ability to reorder them.
Whenever I have multiple multi-day tickets in my arsenal (what a great issue to have!), I ask cast members at the gate for a Key to the World card for the ticket(s) I’m using during that visit. A Key to the World card is a plastic card that is essentially a room key - cast members at the gates can link a new one to your desired ticket to help you access the one you want to use quickly without having to scroll through what you have in My Disney Experience. If the guests in your party request one as well, everyone will have their tickets on a card that they can use to scan in for the duration of that specific visit. Despite owning several
MagicBand+ bands, I still do this to avoid confusion or a trip to
Guest Relations to undo a mistake.
I hope this information was helpful, Sylvia. If you have any additional questions about your visit, please stop by and see us here at planDisney again! Until then, TTFN… ta-ta for now!
