I really wanted a princess dining experience with my daughter. However it seems they are all booked during the time I will be there. When is the best time to check on cancellations? Are there any other recommendations for a magical princess experience?

I'm sorry you haven't been able to secure a reservation, Audrey.  Don't lose heart, though; cancellations can and do happen.  You might just be able to dine with royalty yet!  I've had good luck in calling at exactly 7AM eastern time the day before I'd like the reservation.  The first time my family dined in the castle, I started calling every day of the week leading up to my oldest daughter's 7th birthday.  The day before her birthday I was able to book a reservation.  If I were you, I'd utilize a similar strategy.  If you're unable to secure a dining slot, do check the times guide for meet and greet locations with the princesses.  Good luck!
