hi moms, we really want to try the grey stuff at BOG but i heard you only get this if you are celebrating a birthday or something similar. We are not, but can we pretend we are? Its our first visit and we wont be back again soon due to cost! thanks

    Hi Helen,

The grey stuff at Be Our Guest is delicious! I'm sure you are going to enjoy the food and the beautiful decor. It truly is as if you have stepped into the Beast's castle.

And don't stress: you are celebrating something -- your first visit to Walt Disney World. First visit is one of the the celebration options you can note on your advanced dining reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed -- or if you revisit your reservation to modify it -- you will see an option to add a celebration.

If you haven't already, make your reservation for Be Our Guest as soon as possible. It is incredibly popular and each night fills up quickly. Reservations can be made up to 180 days before your visit.

When you arrive at Walt Disney World, make sure you and all your family members get one of the free "First Visit" buttons at guest relations in the parks or resort hotels so that everyone you meet knows you are enjoying the experience for the first time.

I hope that helps and that you have a great vacation. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Enjoy your time with your familyl!
