    Is there really any time to visit the world that it is not very congested? The last two times we went in November and December it was very busy.

    Hi Diane!

    November and December are my favorite time of year to visit the parks because of the holiday decorations and atmosphere, but I totally understand your concern.  Yes, one of the least crowded times to visit Disney World is in September, right after Labor Day.  Summer vacations are over and most kids are back to school.  It's a great time of year to avoid Disney's crowds.
