    We really want to stay at POFQ for trip in jan 2010. if it is full, would you recommend Caribbean Beach as a suitable alternative? traveling with 5 adults and a 2 year old.

    Hi Natalie!  January is generally not a really busy month so you more then likely will be able to get some reservations at Port Orleans French Quarter. However, you never know and its good to have a back-up plan.  Please consider the Port Orleans Riverside section as well as it is a little larger but it has wonderful amenities too.  It is tough to make the second choice as I enjoy Coronado Springs resort. It can tend to have business groups but I find that the facilities are not as crowded as these groups are in meetings and dining together leaving the resort a little less crowded.  Many moms do like Caribbean Beach resort so basically you will find magic in any one you pick.....just see what is available and have a great vacation!
