Hi, Roman, and a very warm welcome to planDisney! Sounds like you're preparing for a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and I couldn't be more thrilled for you. It's been such a magical place for me and my family, where troubles seem far away!
Thank you for asking this great question, Roman. I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who confirmed that folding chairs, even very small ones, are not permitted in the theme parks, with only the exception of cane-chair and seat-walker mobility aids.
Disneyland does provide
mobility devices for rent, if that could be of support to you, Roman, including ECVs and manual wheelchairs. Plan to arrive early at the
Stroller Shop just outside the theme parks, just east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance, as a limited number of ECVs and wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. The Stroller Shop usually opens one hour prior to park opening, but please be aware that hours are subject to change without notice. Hope that's helpful!
Roman, I notice you are from California, so, before I go, I have to make sure you know about the
SoCal Resident Ticket! This special 3-day, one park per day ticket is for Guests who reside within ZIP codes 90000 and 93599 and is such a great deal to take advantage of, if you qualify! (I wish I did!) Visit three times through May 15, 2025 (subject to theme park reservation availability) to take in all the magic at the Happiest Place on Earth!
I hope I was able to provide some helpful information for you, Roman, even if it wasn't quite the answer you were hoping for! As you continue to prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, please don't hesitate to come back and
ask me another question! I'd love to share more of my tips and recommendations for a truly magical time in Disneyland, like maybe where to find the best Disneyland snacks or some strategies to make sure you hit all your top priorities.
See you real soon!
Warmest wishes,
McCayla
