I have a really picky 12 year old. We are planning on eating at Cinderella Royal Table in August. Is it ok if he chooses a meal from the kids menu. I don't think he would eat anything from the adult menu. Thanks

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Samuel! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question!

I’m glad to share that your 12-year-old is more than welcome to order from the kids’ menu at any restaurant across Walt Disney World Resort, including Cinderella's Royal Table. Whether it’s chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, or the beloved kids’ desserts, younger Guests at heart can still enjoy those classic favorites!

Having said that, there’s one little detail you’ll want to keep in mind: at most table-service restaurants, when an older child or adult orders from the kids’ menu, the meal will typically be served in a slightly larger, adult-sized portion, and priced accordingly. It’s always a good idea to ask your server ahead of time so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

I hope this helps you feel even more prepared for your upcoming adventure, Samuel! If you have any more questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out again. We’re always here and happy to help!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
