I really need some help deciding between two travel dates. As of right now I have a MYW vacation pkg booked for Nov 7th-13th 2018. But I am seriously considering moving it to the 11th-17th. Which days would be better for minimal crowds?

    Hello Cynthia!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm of the same mindset and always try to book my Walt Disney World vacations when there are the least amount of crowds. Disney's Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend will end November 4th, so you may have some families extending their vacations after the weekend.

Also, many New Jersey schools have a break the week of November 5th, so there will be some higher crowd levels, but nothing super crazy. I think November 13-16 will be a good sweet spot with lower crowds and then you'll see some early Thanksgiving crowds start to come in.

With a good touring plan and an early start, I think you'd be good either week. However, if I had a choice between those dates, I would choose November 11-17. Plus the majority of the Christmas decorations will be up by then, and Christmas at Walt Disney World Resort is magical.

Don't forget to use FastPass+ and take afternoon breaks if you need them. If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon!
