Hello, Sarah, and welcome to our Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I share your precaution against red peppers - I rarely eat them myself. I'm happy to share, though, that my experience with Disney chefs taught me that they usually go above and beyond to please Guests, so it never hurts to ask. You can generally talk to the chefs themselves at Table Service restaurants, but the same can be hard to accomplish at Quick-Service locations. My advice for your meal at
Columbia Harbour House is simple: ask away!
If you cannot satisfy your lobster roll cravings at Columbia Harbour House, you can book a meal at the gorgeous
The BOATHOUSE at
Disney Springs, as they have a delicious lobster roll
without red peppers! How does that sound?
But while you're still at
Magic Kingdom Park, there are many other cool options to keep you running. My first suggestion has to be the incredible
Be Our Guest Restaurant, that requires a reservation but works as a Quick Service location during lunch. Another great alternative with delicious and light dishes is
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. My husband and I love to share the
Fajita Platter!
Finally, if you're not into big meals are more of a
snacker, the
Sleepy Hollow is your place. Their waffles can be savory or sweet and are as legendary as they are huge!
I hope you have a memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Sarah, and that these tips help you find some delicious bites to make your days even more unforgettable. If you want more tips, please, ask away! We're here to help you!
May the magic be with you,
Julie
