Hi Holly! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm excited to hear about your upcoming holiday to the
Walt Disney World Resort! Getting a chance to visit for multiple weeks at a time allows you to truly relax during your stay and take your time exploring everything that the parks and resorts have to offer.
Based on the information you provided in your question, it seems like you have 18 nights planned for one of
Disney's All-Star Resorts and 3 nights at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for a total of 21 nights. These reservations will need to be booked separately since the system does not allow you to book multiple resorts on one reservation. If you combine your park tickets with your resort reservation, you should do so with the first one. The 18-day window you have to use your
14-day ticket will begin on your check-in date at the All-Star Resort you are staying at. You will have the opportunity to spread out these tickets over the first 18 days, but unless you purchase an additional ticket package, you will not have access to the parks during the last few days of your stay.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is the perfect resort to stay at, regardless of whether you have park tickets available. With the savannas surrounding the resort, you can view a variety of animals throughout the day. There are wonderful dining locations and a fantastic pool area. There is even a
Starlight Safari offered at the resort, which takes you on a nighttime tour with special night vision devices for an added cost.
Holly, I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
