Hiya, Roni!
Welcome to planDisney!
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hEAR about your Disneyland PhotoPass photos, Roni! I too have lost some precious Disneyland memories and it's just awful - not only because you paid for the service but I also think about the time standing in lines to meet characters or squeezing up to the photo viewing platform trying to see the on-ride photo code at the end of an attraction. My hEARt is breaking for you!
Disney PhotoPass Photos taken at Disneyland Resort will typically stay in your
PhotoPass account for 45 days from the date they were taken. Guests with a
Magic Key annual pass usually have photo privileges for a yEAR. I sadly lack the proper magic mirror to see into your PhotoPass account, Roni, but there used to be a way where you could pay to extend the access life of the photos in your account for another 30 days. I'm not sure if that's something that can be added to images that are no longer in an account, but it's certainly worth calling the
Disneyland Resort PhotoPass Helpline at (714) 520-7106.
Pro Tip: When you say that you saved the photos to your camera roll, do you mean you saved the photos from your
Disneyland Mobile App to your smartphone or tablet? If so, you should be able to upload those saved images to any online photo printing service.
Again, I'm so sorry for this photo pass snafu; I really do hope that the PhotoPass Helpline Cast Members are able to work some pixie dust for you, Roni! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we share all kinds of tips and tricks for your next trip home. And if you have any more
Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
