Boo to you, Sterling!
Welcome to planDisney, foolish mortal, and thank you for sending us this spooktacular question. I absolutely love attending
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party as it offers so many great activities that aren't available throughout the year.
Unfortunately, after chatting with a Cast Member, I was informed that once a Halloween party is sold out online, there are no tickets left for this event, and you will need to pick another date. Personally, I would still recommend
calling a Cast Member or stopping by the Ticketing Window just in case, but this would not guarantee that they might have any tickets left, especially if the event is marked as "Sold Out" online.
However, do not fret, Sterling! The Halloween fun does not have to stop outside of Magic Kingdom Park, and you can still enjoy the Halloween season without attending the parties! First, I always love trying different treats and food options, and the
Walt Disney World Resort usually offers various fall-themed treats through the theme parks and Resorts that are perfect for getting into the fall spirit. If you like fall treats too, definitely keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog, as they usually post new Foodie Guides throughout the seasons. Second, did you know that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort right in time for the release of Hocus Pocus 2? Indeed, it was just announced that the Sanderson Sisters will return to the big screen with even more adventures on September 30th, 2022. The movie will be released directly on Disney+, so you can have a Halloween watch party in your hotel room. You could even stop by the
Emporium at Magic Kingdom Park to get candy and Halloween treats!
I know this probably was not the answer you were expecting, but I hope you will still be able to experience the Halloween magic real soon on your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your vacation, please don't hesitate to reach out. We love to come out and socialize: just like grim grinning ghosts!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
