We are really hoping the Disneyland Kennel Club will reopen for the holidays (especially after Veteran's Day). We brought our dog 20 years ago. We received a little certificate for Copper. Now, we have a mini goldendoodle, Jaxse. Please open soon!

    Welcome BACK, Judy!

It's been a very long time since we last saw you ask a Disney Parks planning question to us hEAR at planDisney. In fact, we've had not just one, but two name changes since then! But we thank you oh so much for stopping back by.

I'm so very sorry to share that sadly the Disneyland Kennel Club has closed permanently. While this was a much-beloved service by many who really enjoyed the convenience of being able to play with their Plutos and Maries during their Disney days, this is just one closure that did not reopen post-pandemic. What a lot of other Guests are doing with their good girls and best boys now is finding pet-friendly lodging near the parks and having a pet sitter either check in on or stay with their fur babies all day. There are also plenty of doggy daycares and boarding facilities in the nEARby area. Lastly, you can check out reviews or find care of a whole host of pet-centered services on Bring Fido.com and Rover.com.

I'm so sorry that this wasn't the news you were sEARching for, Judy. While you might not be able to bring your buddy into Disneyland Resort with you, you will certainly be able to bring a souvenEAR back to your babe as most of the bigger shops sell toys, leashes, bowls, treats, and even matching pet-and-people clothes!

Thank you again for reaching back out to us, Judy! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. We even just launched the brand new PlanDisney Podcast! You'll always have a friend in planDisney, Judy. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
