We're really excited for our upcoming trip yo DLP and are trying to be thoroughly prepared and informed. We have snack/drink included on our meal plan. Is there an easy way to identify which items on menus are included in that please? Thankyou

    Bonjour!

Welcome to planDisney, Sam! Thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming trip to Disneyland Paris. I love helping fellow Guests plan the perfect holiday to Disney Destinations around the world, and it’s always extra special helping a fellow Brit!

It sounds like you’ve booked the Full Board Extra Plus Meal Plan for your upcoming stay. This includes one breakfast voucher per night, available at the Disney Hotel where you're staying, two buffet or table service meal vouchers per night, one Tea Time voucher per night, one drink voucher per night, and one additional voucher per stay to enjoy a character meal in place of another meal voucher.

The Extra Plus drink voucher can be redeemed at over 60 locations across the resort. I highly recommend using it at the Disney Hotel bars. Be sure to check out the Skyline Bar at Disney Hotel New York – Art of Marvel and the Captain’s Quarters over at Disney Newport Bay Club. I always stop by these two spots when I visit. Keep your eyes peeled at Hotel New York – you never know who might swing by!

The Extra Plus snack can be used at restaurants offering à la carte dessert items in select locations or redeemed at quick service restaurants and food stands. Generally, in my experience, you’ll spot the eligible options on the menus marked as Pause Gourmande, which usually includes a hot or cold drink of your choice.

My advice is to check with a Cast Member at the dining location to make sure your voucher can be used for your chosen item, just to avoid any disappointment.

While we're talking about dining, since you have a Meal Plan, you'll need to make dining reservations, which you can do in the Disneyland Paris app once you've linked your booking reference. I recommend enjoying meals in the Disney Parks, the Disney Hotels, and Disney Village. One of my top picks is the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner at Chuck Wagon Café at Disney Hotel Cheyenne – we went recently and were really impressed with the cowboy cookout!

I hope this helps answer your question, Sam, and that you have a brilliant time visiting Disneyland Paris! If you have any more holiday planning questions, please reach out to me. I'd love to help.

See you on Main Street, Paris!
    Matt
