I am really confused on transportation from park to park. We have the park hopper pass, and I was planning on switching parks during the day. How do you get from park to park and how much time does it take? Is it best to just stay at one park?

Transportation from one park to another is very easy.  In most cases you can take a bus and it takes about 20-30 minutes depending on your luck.  The only park that is slightly different is Magic Kingdom.  To go there you first have to go to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then take the monorail or boat to the park.  The monorail is very quick and if your traveling with little ones they can wait up front and ride with the Pilot.  The boat takes a little bit longer, but its a pretty ride.

If you are traveling between Epcot and the Magic Kingdom you can just transfer monorails at the Transportation and Ticket Center.

You can also travel from Epcot to Hollywood Studios via a walkway or a boat.  You need to use Epcot's back entrance/exit which is by the International Gateway.

You can easily and without much hassle visit two parks in one day.  Trying to get in three parks may make you feel a bit rushed.  WDW does a great job with signs.  Its easy to see where you have to go to get to a particular park.

Hope that helps.  Enjoy your trip!
