I am really confused as to what is the best way to plan my trip to Disney world. We are two adults and three kids (17,13,8). How can i plan simply and afficiantly?

Hi there, Roni! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by for help planning your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. With two adults and three kids, it sounds like you've got a fun group ready to explore everything Disney offers! Planning doesn't have to be complicated—with a few steps, you can create an itinerary that's efficient and filled with excitement for everyone. Let's start by breaking things down!

    Accommodations
The Disney Resorts Collection offers options for every budget and style. For Value Resorts, I recommend Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The Family Suites are perfect for larger groups, offering two bathrooms and a kitchenette, all with vibrant, Disney-inspired themes your kids will love. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is my favorite in the Moderate Resort category. Its lush tropical vibe and convenient access to the Disney Skyliner make it a standout choice. Disney's Beach Club Resort is a fantastic option if you're looking for a Deluxe Resort. With spacious accommodations and the incredible Stormalong Bay pool complex, it's sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

    Tickets
When it comes to tickets, you've got several options. A Base Ticket allows you to visit one park per day and is excellent for a relaxed approach. The Park Hopper Option, however, is my top recommendation for your group. This upgrade lets you visit multiple parks in a single day, offering flexibility to customize your itinerary.

    Dining
While I've never personally used the Disney Dining Plans, my fellow panelist Jenn S. raves about how convenient they are for families. The Quick-Service Dining Plan is perfect for those who prefer casual dining, while the Disney Dining Plan offers a mix of quick-service and table-service meals, along with snacks.

    Tips for Maximizing Your Time
For extra planning help, I recommend considering Disney Character dining experiences, an excellent way to meet characters without waiting in lines. Breakfast at Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera is a great option. Additionally, take advantage of Lightning Lane selections to save time on popular attractions.

I hope this gives you a great starting point for your planning! Be sure to check out the Start Planning Your Vacation page, which will walk you through this process effortlessly. If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to send them my way.

    Cheers,
    Brent
