    Real Quick: Reservations for 9:00 Cirque de Soleil show, but wondering which park to see before: AK or DHS? Which would be the easiest transportation and get the most from that park before the show? How long should I allow for travel from this choice? THX

    Hi Kim!  You did not mention a date for your park visit so I am not sure of the hours for either but generally the Animal Kingdom park will close sooner then Hollywood Studios.  The Animal Kingdom might close as early as 5:00 p.m. on the day you have planned your visit.

    Hollywood Studios is the closer park to Downtown Disney.  You will need to catch a bus to Saratoga Springs or Port Orleans resorts, then change there for a Downtown Disney bus.  (For a change both of these resorts also have water taxis to Downtown Disney but they generally will not be the fastest way to get there). Without any hiccups the bus trip via Saratoga Springs should take about 30 minutes and via Port Orleans about 45 minutes.  Ask the bus driver for the closest stop for Cirque du Soleil show.  Remember you must be at the show 30 minutes before the start time as there is a pre-show inside that takes place.

    Always give your self a little extra time when planning since you will not have any control over late busses, break downs or traffic.  Don't cut it so close as where you are stressing and not enjoying!
