All ready have tickets. Trying to make reservations for theme parks and on line is not allowing it. I see no other way. Help!

Hi Paula! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

I suspect you already have theme park reservations. The system was updated earlier this year, so that when Guests purchase their admission tickets online from Disneyland Resort, they select their preferred day and park, making those theme park reservations at the time of their transaction. You might have forgotten in the excitement of planning your trip, but I bet you went through this process. I hope that's good news!

Let's check to see if you're all set to go. I can walk you through the process. Log into your Disneyland Resort account. If you haven't already, link your tickets. If your tickets are linked and you're logged in, hover over "My Disneyland" on the top right side of the page. Select "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the menu. Scroll down and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." Once again, scroll down the page. You should see "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations" with your reservations listed by day for each of your tickets along with a confirmation number. If you see them, you're ready to scan into the parks on your park day! No additional steps are necessary.

If however there are no reservations listed, click "Book Theme Park Reservation" to begin the process of selecting your preferred date and park. At busy times of year, days and parks can fill up, so it is important to make sure your park reservation is in place as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions, feel free to speak with a helpful Cast Member on the Tickets phone line. They'd be happy to assist.

Also, be sure to check out the Foodie Guide for the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. You'll want to have your must-eat and must-drink lists ready to go for this festive time of year. My go-to is the Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie, which you can find in several locations this year in the parks and at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

    Have a magical time!
