Hi. When I am ready to download the pictures from the memory maker, can I download all the pictures to my computer? Is there a deadline to download all the pictures? Will Disney provide me with a cd with all the pictures taken? Thank you.

    Welcome back, Olga!

Memory Maker is a must-do purchase for me. I love knowing that our magical memories from attractions, select character dining and park photos will be available for me to enjoy both during and after our visit. All of Disney's PhotoPass Service photos and attraction videos that you collect during your vacation will be available in your account for 45 days from the date taken. During that time, you will need to activate your Memory Maker entitlement, which will allow you unlimited downloading of your photos and videos for 30 days. You can either download them to your computer all at once or individually. This came in handy recently when my son accidently deleted several of our photos. I discovered his mistake quickly and was able to download just the ones I needed before my 30-day window ended!

For an additional cost, a Memory Maker Archival Disc is available that will include all your photos and videos. Keep in mind that the DVD disc will only contain the media currently in the account. So you will need to order after you have finished collecting and editing your photos, but within the Memory Maker entitlement period and the 45-day expiration window. It usually takes several weeks to receive your Archival Disc.

I hope this helps to answer your questions. Have a magical time creating memories with your family!
