    Hi! I was reading thru terms of PP+ and this is what I read: The PP+ card can only be used at the WDW Resort and is valid prior to date indicated on card. Can you verify this or is it a typo? What date is put on the card? Is preorder refundable?

    Hi Andrea!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    When you pre-order PhotoPass +, you will receive a voucher in the mail that you take to Walt Disney World.  Once you get to a PhotoPass location at the parks and in some select Disney resorts, you can exchange that voucher for an actual PhotoPass + card and lanyard.  It is that card that you give to the Disney Cast Members at attractions to get your pictures for example; you can also use that card with PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks.  That card has a date on it which is basically an expiration date.  All of the photos that you plan on getting using PhotoPass + has to be done within a 14 day window.  If your trip is less than 15 days, you have nothing to worry about.  If your trip is more than 14 days then you have to select the window in which it will be valid or purchase two separate PhotoPass + cards.
