Ahoy there, Keisha! I applaud you for wanting to stay active while on vacation. I have enjoyed attending sunrise yoga while on Disney Cruise Line. You meet at the
Senses Fitness Center, and the instructor will take you out to the pool deck for class, weather permitting.
I checked with a Disney Cruise Line representative and was told that Life Cycle Gym Equipment is in the Senses Fitness Center. You will find the hours of operation in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, and you will find classes listed in the app. Some will have a cost, and others are free.
In order to stay active, especially after having my favorite Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast in
Palo or crème brulee in one of the
rotational dining restaurants, I will take the stairs instead of the elevators. There is also a Promenade Deck on deck where you can walk or jog around the 400-yard track while taking in the ocean views. You can really get your steps in around the
Disney Dream!
Even though this isn't the news you probably wanted, I hope it gives you some ideas on how you can stay active while on Disney Cruise Line. I see
KiKi gave you some great advice about the
Castaway Cay 5k. Come back to visit us at
planDisney if you have any other questions. I hope you have a magical time on the Disney Dream.
Bon Voyage!
