I have been reading suggestions to take bottled water on board. I would love to do this, especially for the beach/excursions. We are spending time at Coronado Springs pre-cruise and taking DCL transport from there. What is the best way to do this? Thanks.

    Ahoy, Deanna!

Thanks for stopping by with your question!

Guests sailing with Disney Cruise Line are allowed to bring beverages such as beer, wine, soda and water onboard with them when they cruise. It's a wonderful way to make sure you have your favorite beverage onboard, and also to save a few dollars!

If you decide to bring your own bottled water, simply bring unopened, sealed bottles in a carry-on bag. I usually make sure to bring a rolling bag of some sort because water bottles can be quite heavy!

On our last cruise, we had a Walt Disney World Resort stay prior to our sailing. I used a grocery delivery service to get bottled water, beer and snacks delivered right to our resort room. I brought along an extra carry-on bag, nested in a larger suitcase, and used it to carry our snacks and drinks onto the ship. Easy peasy!

If you choose not to bring your own, you can find bottled water for sale on the ship. On our last cruise, they offered chilled water bottles in a cute Disney Cruise Line tote for a minimal charge.

I hope this helps with your packing and planning! Please feel free to come back and visit us here at the Moms Panel if you have more questions before you set sail.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
