    I was reading review on the Allears website about the kids pirate cruise at Port Orleans. Is this still running? I appreciate all your help, thanks.

    Hi Lana!

    The various Pirate Adventure Cruises offered at Walt Disney World are great fun for all the little swashbucklers in your family. Your kids arrrrrgh going to have a great time!

    The Bayou Pirate Cruise is indeed still operating out of Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort.
    Like dining reservations, this experience should be reserved 180 days prior to your arrival (July 1st, 2012) by calling (407) WDW-PLAY. At that time, a Cast Member will be able to advise you of the current schedule for the adventure as it operates on select days weekly.

    If you find that the day of the week offered doesn't match your planned itinerary, keep in mind that there are other locations available as well. My kids have tried them all and their favourite Pirate Adventure is the Albatross Treasure Cruise which operates out of the Beach Club/Yacht Club Marina. This location is easy to reach by taking a bus to Hollywood Studios and then the boat to Yacht Club. Consider reserving a nice, adult breakfast or brunch to enjoy while the kids are out cruising! When the kids are done, you'll be ready to easily head straight into Epcot or Hollywood Studios for the rest of your day!
