I have been reading about the Pepper Market and understand it is a buffet with stations. So are you allowed to go back as in a typical buffet?

The Pepper Market at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is not your average ordinary food court, Des.  It offers a variety of food stations all centrally located.  When guests dine there, they are seated at a table within the court.  They are then welcome to visit any given station and order whichever items look most appetizing.  After dining, guests pay the bill (including a 10% gratuity) and then exit.  The Pepper Market is not a traditional buffet in that guests order from various stations and receive stamps on a ticket for items ordered.  It is not an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal.  You are more than welcome to go back for seconds (or thirds for that matter) but you will be charged accordingly.  I hope that clears things up for you!
