Hi... I was reading about the Disney Princess half marathon 2 person team. I am confused however, do the 2 participants run the entire 13.1 course together or is it a relay where the course is split into 2 parts ( 6.55 miles)

HI Taylor!  The Princess Half Marathon is a great race!  It is filled with "princess power" and fueled by sparkles!  If you are considering running it, I guarantee you won't regret it!

The two-person relay teams in the past have been set up to where one person runs the first half, and the second member runs the second half.  However, due to course logistics, Disney has discontinued two-person relay teams for the near future.  This could always change, but as of now, they are not planning to have the relay option for the next Princess Half Marathon.

Although I do love participating as a team in relays, I would not want to do that at Disney because then I would miss out on half of the fantastic course!

I hope this helps!  Let me know if you have any other questions about runDisney!
