    I have been reading about the Disney Photo Pass. I thought it could be purchased for $149 prior to your vacation. We are 15 days away from our trip and had decided to purchase it, but now I can't find the offer. How do I get this?

    There is indeed still a Special Offer available if you wish to purchase Disney's PhotoPass prior to your arrival on site at Walt Disney World. I've included the direct link for you just above. This link includes information and a Special Offer for both Disney's PhotoCD and Disney PhotoPass+. Whichever offer you choose, you'll save $50 off of the on-site purchase price.
