Hi Moms!! I have been reading different forums in prepartion for our May 2011 trip to WDW!! I have seen people speaking of the Christmas store where they can personalize ornaments for you. Is this store open all year or just for holiday seasons?!? Thx!

    Hi Devin,

Love that you are planning ahead!  Isn't it great fun?!

Disney's Days of Christmas located in the Downtown Disney Marketplace is open all year round.  I have over 500 Disney Christmas ornaments in my collection so this is one of my must dos during each visit.

If you want to purchase a personalized ornament, I recommend visiting near the beginning of your trip.  Orders are prepared on a first come first serve basis and are not often ready on the same day.  If you want to pick up your ornament(s), making this one of your first stops will ensure your ornament is ready to pick up prior to your departure.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort, they can also deliver your purchases to your resort at no charge.  You also have the option of having the item(s) shipped to your home for an additional fee.

You will also find other Christmas ornaments throughout the theme parks and resorts although personalization is not available at every location.  Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe location in Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom features a large selection of ornaments as well and thank goodness its open all year long too.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
