Hey, Josef!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad you asked this question about kosher food and I have tried most of it. It amazes people how attentive Disney is to provide their Guests with food specific for their diet.
I called 407-WDW-DINE tonight just to verify all the following information for you and was able to get most prices. In general, you can assume that fancy entrees like chicken, brisket and salmon will be close to $20.00 while pizza, hot dogs and burgers will be in the $8.00-10.00 range. Most are good and come with a small selection of sides: some with potato croquets or latkes. Currently, $7.49 for a hot dog encased in a bun with five latkes or potato croquets to $19.99 for Baked Salmon with a potato side.
When making dining reservations for a buffet, character dining experience or table service restaurant, you should tell them you would like kosher meals. This should be done at least 24 hours in advance. Note: You will receive one kosher meal at all-you-care-to-eat locations. The price for this one kosher meal will be the same price that other Guests pay for a buffet. For example, dinner at Chef Mickey's is $53.95/$31.95 (adult/child) and breakfast $42.60/$25.56 (tax/gratuity not included).
Menus and prices for kosher meals change and are not found online. You may get the menu for Table Service restaurants by making your reservation. At that time, menu and prices will be available to the Cast Member and not all items are available at each restaurant. Prices do fluctuate throughout the year based on crowd levels in the theme parks.

Josef, eat well while making many Magical Memories at
