I read 2 years old and under are free at character meals. Do they still get their own meal (at non-buffet dinners) or do they need to share with us?

    Hi Robyn,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Oh, what fun to visit Walt Disney World Resort with a little one! I remember so vividly how much my children enjoyed the parks when they were small. You are correct that there is not a charge for a two-year-old at Character Dining experiences. Your two-year-old is expected to share a meal with you or with a sibling.

If you happen to have a two-year-old with a bigger appetite, you can always order a meal for them. If you are using one of the fabulous Disney Dining Plans, you can use Dining Plan Entitlements for your party and pay cash for a child's meal.

Robyn, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
