I read that the water slide at the Polynesian it pretty big. Is there an age requirement for it/would it be safe for a six year old? Thanks!

Hi Jane!  The water slide at the Polynesian is one of my favorites!  It's not the biggest water slide I've  been on but it's unique in the fact that the slide is inside a volcano!  I think your 6 year old will be fine as long as he/she enjoys water slides and isn't afraid of a little darkness.  You or another adult may want to stand near the bottom of the slide the first couple times for reassurance for the child but otherwise - have a blast!  Diane
