I read on another unofficial website that there is a sidewalk from CSR to BB. Has anyone walked it? we don't mind walking. Also, any good areas to request in CSR? We will have a car and want to be away from the convention type stuff. You guys are the best!

    Hi there Sarah!

The path in question starts in Disney's Coronado Springs parking lot across from the main entrance. It's pretty easy to find. There's a crosswalk across Buena Vista Drive, then a sidewalk on the east side along a wetland area. Simply stay on the sidewalk until you approach Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course, hang a left and you'll be at the entrance to Disney's Blizzard Beach in no time. I've found the walk to be quite pleasant and would estimate it to be no more than 20-25 minutes at a leisurely vacation pace.

As for guest room locations, I would recommend that you visit the unofficial fan site www.coronado_springs.tripod.com for tons of great information like room location suggestions and a map of the resort so that you can select the best option based on your interests. Some people want to be near the pool while others would prefer closer access to the food court for coffee in the morning.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your trip!
