    I have read that Tortuga Tavern is not always open. What are their opening dates?

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Unfortunately, the Tortuga Tavern operates seasonally.  Currently, the hours for the month of February are very limited, but the quick-service dining restaurant is expected to be open for the entire month of March. After the month of March, there is no indication that the restaurant will or will not be opened.  Disney has not set any days of operation and they may be waiting to see how crowded the park will be.  I hope this helps in some small way.
