Have read many times your favorite value resort is Pop Century. Please tell me the advantages, just switched my reservations from the Movies to the Pop in order to take advantage of the free ticket upgrade (yes, it works!) & need extra encouragement!

Pop Century is the most recently built value resort. It also provides a lovely path to walk near the water (no beach though) which the other value resorts lack. Kids enjoy looking for turtles and fish in the lake, as well as for ducks and rabbits to cross their path.

This resort does not share bus service with any other resorts. Bear in mind that even the Grand Floridian shares its bus service with another resort. The bus stops are conveniently located in front of Classic Hall.

It has two large arcades along with a new type of store and food court area which combines your shopping in one place.

Children find the larger than life icons (Mr. Potato Head, for example) fascinating. Pop Century is also close to Epcot. In fact, from the third floor of the 1950s (Tramp Icon) building, you can see a little bit of Spaceship Earth and some of Illuminations. How cool is that!

If you have some free time, visit the other resorts (including the All Stars) for ideas for future trips.

    Have a great time!
