I read that the stroller wagon's are not permitted because they pose a safety risk because they're pulled behind you. My wagon stroller is pushed in front of you and have a push bar like a standard stroller. Is this allowed?

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

The Disney Parks Blog recently announced that Walt Disney World would be enforcing and adding some new park rules and regulations starting on May 1, 2019. Per the Park Rules, stroller wagons of any kind have never been allowed. That policy has been updated to add that no stroller wagons of any kind whether pushed or pulled are no longer permitted in the parks. The stroller dimensions allowed were also revised and the new policy states that strollers no larger than 31″ (79cm) wide and 52″ (132cm) long are allowed in any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Many strollers and even double jogging strollers fit within these guidelines. I find the strollers for rent at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks are the best way to go! They are made of plastic which is easy to wipe clean in case of spills, there's plenty of room for your child to spread out, a bag in the back for all of your souvenir goodies and cup holders! If you rent a stroller for multiple days, it's best to pay for it all at once because you get a little bit of a discount.

I hope this helps clear up any confusion regarding your stroller. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
