I just read that if you stay at a Disney resort you can call "190" days out to make dining reservations. Is this true? Can you make online reservations at 12:01am on the 180th day?

Guests of Disney resort hotels do have the perk of booking up to ten days of reservations on the 180th day out, Elizabeth.  That is to say that on the 180th day before the first day of their trips, Disney guests can book dining reservations for the first ten days of said trip.  For trips lasting longer than ten days, the guest would need to call back the following day to book reservations for the eleventh day and so on.  You will be asked for your resort confirmation number when you attempt to book a reservation greater than 180 days out.

As for making your reservations online at just after midnight, last time I checked that didn't work.  I believe the earliest you can book dining reservations is at 6 am (eastern time) on the 180th day before your vacation begins.  Good luck scoring all of the reservations your heart desires!
