I read that Southwest has started to participate with the airline check-in process at the Pop Century and the All Star Sports resorts only. We are staying a Bay Lake Towers in June. Can guests at other resorts go over to Pop C to check in with Southwest?

Hi, Clarrissa! My family is flying Southwest on our next trip to Disney World so I've been able to brush up first hand to help answer your question.

Currently, Southwest is only available for the Resort Airline Check-in Service from value resorts. I think it'd be quite a hassle to try and check in at Pop Century, as luggage is not allowed on board the busses to and from the parks.

You'll still be able take advantage of the Magical Express return service back to the airport from Bay Lake Towers. The driver will help you stow your luggage before you board the bus.

With Southwest, you are able to check in online 24 hours prior to departure. This allows you to save one step at the airport by checking in and printing your boarding passes before you leave your resort.
