    I read somwhere that there is a store at DD where you can make customized T-shirts...can you please advise where this is/name of store? Thanks, Lainie, Plymouth, MA

    Hi Elaine!

    Disney Design-A-Tee is the new shop you've read about. It is located in Downtown Disney's Marketplace, behind Disney's Days of Christmas store. Next door to Design-A-Tee is another new shop where you can create your own ear hat!

    When you arrive at the store, there are kiosks where you use the touch screen to completely customize your shirt. You choose the style, color, size, graphic and text. There are over 100 different graphics to choose from.

    After you have designed your shirt, you will get a confirmation to take to the cashier where you pay and receive a small t-shirt. You take this mini tee to a machine where it is inserted and zooms through a network of tubes on the ceiling. The whole process is really hands-on and pretty cool!

    Your shirt can take at least 15 minutes to be finished once you complete this process, and may take longer if the store is quite busy. If you are a Disney resort guest, you can have your shirt delivered to your resort, or you can stop back later in the day to pick it up. I would recommend visiting first thing in the morning in an attempt to beat the crowds.
