    Hi, I read somewhere about something called Aerophile in downtown Disney but I can't find anything about it on your panel. Do you know if this is still available and if so any info would be appreciated. Will be there in June. Thanks so much!

    Hello Andrea!

    The experience you are referring to is called "Characters in Flight". It is located in Downtown Disney's West Side beginning in April of this year. It is basically a huge hot air balloon that is tethered to the ground, and will take guests about 300 feet up into the air for about six minutes. While up in the sky you will have a panoramic view of the surrounding areas.

    Depending on weather conditions, up to 30 people can "ride" at a time. The current cost (subject to change) is $16 for adults and $10 for kids ages 3-9. Prices include tax, and tickets can be purchased at a ticket booth by the attraction.

    I don't think I'd ever have the nerve to go on a real hot air balloon, so this experience sounds like a fun way to see what it would be like. I'm excited to give it a try on our next trip.
