I read somewhere the rooms have changed the rooms for 5 people at the port orleans riverside. What do the new rooms for 5 people look like? Is the beds bigger for older children. We are there in Dec 2011 and want to know if it is better suited for us.

    Hi Darrel!

We are a family of five as well!  I am thrilled to let you know that the double beds formerly found in the Alligator Bayou section of Port Orleans Riverside will be replaced with Queen beds.  The trundle bed will no longer fit with the new Queen beds, so a pull down bed will be installed in its place.  This bed is supposed to be larger than the old trundle version as well!  I am not sure when these renovations will be complete, so I would request a recently renovated room when you make your reservation.  I hope that you have a magical vacation!
