I read somewhere that the pools at Art of Animation close mid day for cleaning and maintenance. Is this true? We are traveling with an infant and planned to come back to the resort after lunch to swim and take a break from the parks.

    Hi Kristin,

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is way cool and you're going to love the theming of it!

I've never heard of any of the resorts closing their pools mid-day for cleaning or maintenance but I called the Art of Animation Resort just to be sure.  The super helpful Cast Member that I spoke with said that their pools are open daily from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.   They may close the pools during those hours if there is inclement weather in the area or if there is a problem with the pool.  Otherwise, you'll be free to enjoy the pools from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. during your trip.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-)  Allison
