Read somewhere that Moana will only be there through April. Any chance she'll be back this fall??? Also, is there a play area similar to Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure for the kids? Aloha!

    Aloha, Jen,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Moana is such a free-spirited young lady, especially when the sea calls to her. As a result, she has moved onto new adventures.  However, I'd stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog as you never know when she'll be called back.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is undergoing some incredible changes as Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land are being added, so the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Play Area is no longer there. However, there is a great spot in Disney's Animal Kingdom called The Boneyard where kids can run around, explore, have fun, and even dig up a few dinosaur bones!  When my sons were younger, they could truly spend hours there.  Similarly, they also loved exploring and playing at Tom Sawyer's Island at the Magic Kingdom. There is also a fun spot for younger children to run and cool off at Casey Jr. Splash and Soak Station (they may get wet!).

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
