I read somewhere in my constant research that some people create "pixie dust" cards to give to CM as we can't tip. Any advice or suggestions on how to what to put on theses! Thanks!

    Hi, Jennifer!

The Cast Members work so hard, they will certainly appreciate your gratitude!    This is a great idea for the "behind the scenes" cast members such as housekeeping or monorail pilots.  (**I would stick to "traditional" monetary gratuities for table service servers/cast members as this is how they make the majority of their take-home pay!)

I would do something simple, like 3x5 index cards.  Have your kids draw a favorite Disney character and write a special message like "Sending you wishes for a Pixie Dust filled day!"  They can make several and pass them out to Cast Members in the parks, at the front desk, and I think the bus drivers would just love this!

Be creative, keep it simple, and make sure the cards are easy to carry around (put into a ziploc bag maybe?) I would avoid glitter as that might get messy :)

What a fun idea to spread the magic!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
