Hi, I read something somewhere about being able to get your room deep cleaned before arrival, my daughter has asthma and I feel this would be a good route for us to take. Do you know if theres a charge for this and when it needds to be requested. Thankyou.

Hello, Michelle,

You are correct; you can request an Allergy Cleaning, sometimes called VIP cleaning, for your room so it will be cleaned without harsh chemicals and with special attention to everything in the room to keep it as dust-free as possible. My understanding is that there is not a fee for this, but please know that things can change.

To make this request, you will need to include this notation on your reservation and then confirm the request when you check-in. You can also call the resort directly if you'd like (I'd attach a phone number, but I'm not sure which resort you are staying at).
