    I read that there was a soft opening of the new Fantasyland today. Does that mean that when we arrive on November 6th 2012 it will be open for us to explore or will it be closed down until the grand opening on December 6th?

    Great question!

    Soft openings occur frequently when a new attraction is about to officially open in Walt Disney World; these are considered dress rehearsals, but there is no set schedule for them.

    The good news, though, is that the New Fantasyland expansion is getting closer to being officially open for Guests to explore. You might be one of the lucky ones who gets a sneak peek during your upcoming visit! Fingers crossed for you!
