Hi Nicole,
There are many services available for
Guests with Disabilities. Currently, international guests visiting Disney theme parks have the option to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) pass in person upon arrival. However, there have been discussions about transitioning to an online virtual chat process to determine what services offered by Disney are required by individual Guests with disabilities.
While the specifics of this new registration process for international visitors are still unclear, I would recommend downloading the
My Disney Experience App once you arrive in the United States. Through the app, you may be able to access a virtual chat system where you can communicate with the Disability Services team. If you don't have access to a device or if this process doesn’t work, Guest Relations will be able to provide one for you to use for the virtual chat.
Upon arrival at the park, I suggest visiting Guest Relations where they can guide you through the process and assist with any questions or concerns you may have. They are well-equipped to provide support for guests with developmental disabilities like autism, ensuring that you have a magical and comfortable experience during your visit.
