Yes, you are correct! The Festival of the Seasons will begin on November 9th and runs through January 8th 2012! It seems like they will have a good bit of holiday happenings according to the Disney site including: Holiday carolers Latin, jazz and pop performances of cherished holiday songs Costumed stilt walkers and street performers A lively holiday dance party with deejay
And from November 18th to December 24th, Santa himself will be enjoying the Florida weather!
Typical closing times for shops depend on the individual Restaurant, Store, and time of year. Most of the Main Areas will be open until 1-2 a.m on the weekends.
