Read a similar question about the engraved pavers in 2020. Wondering if the option of purchasing an engraved paver was available yet the response in 2020 was that it had been discontinued. We’d love to purchase one of the blank ones is that possible.

    Hi there, Mindy!

Welcome to planDisney, we're so happy you're here! Known as the Esplanade, the area between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park is one of my favorite spots! The music in that area is a string of greatest hits from the movies and rides we love, and there's something really special about seeing the Monorail and hearing the whistle of the Disneyland Railroad before you're even in the parks.

The engraved pavers in this area were once available for sponsorship, but that program ended many years ago. However, I made a super exciting discovery today: you can purchase your own Commemorative Legacy Paver on shopDisney! Many of them are currently themed to Walt Disney World Resort, but if you look carefully you'll see a Mickey Mouse design and an anniversary-themed option that look very similar to the ones you see when you visit the Disneyland Resort. You can add three lines of your own text and a date to make this special paver all your own!

I love finding unique ways to remember our trips to the Disneyland Resort. Let me share just a few of my favorites for your next trip:

    • A sketch of a favorite character from Off the Page is a favorite souvenir for my kids!
    • A profile of our family from the Silhouette Studio, it's so fun to see how our kids have grown.
    • Personalized ornaments from Plaza Point...some I display all year!
    • Can't forget a personalized hat from the Mad Hatter!
    • An engraved gift from Crystal Arts is a perfect way to remember a special event.
I'm sorry that you won't be able to purchase a paver at the parks, Mindy! I'll join you in making a wish for a new celebration to come our way soon so that we can join in the tradition. Who knows, maybe for Disneyland's 60th birthday? Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and we'll hope for some pixie dust! Feel free to send me a note the next time you've got a magical question!

    Keep moving forward!
