I just read a recent article(July 5, 2024) that Disney is banning guests with tattoos. Or they must cover them up. Is this true?

Hi Carissa! Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney. From time to time, misleading, inaccurate, or untrue information gets posted on the web. This seems to be one of those times. I’m happy to clear up any misinformation.

Just like any theme park, there are rules in place at the Walt Disney World Resort to ensure that Guests have a safe and enjoyable experience! The language in the Walt Disney World Resort Guest Property Rules regarding tattoos is, “Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted.”

Guests with tattoos that don’t violate the stated rule are always welcome to enjoy the Most Magical Place on Earth! I hope this information is helpful as you continue your planning!

    Dreams do come true!
