Hello, I just read that I should have rec’d an email confirmation for our park pass reservation for May 19 -EPCOT. I did not get one. However, I am showing it reserved on my plans both under Genie and my Disney Experience. How can I be sure ? Thanks !

    Welcome back to planDisney, Teresa!

It looks like you'll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort in just under 60 days –– now is when all that planning starts to feel real!  Did you get a chance to make advance dining reservations yet?  Your booking window just opened, so now is the perfect time to reserve a table, especially if you're hoping to dine at an exciting new spot like Steakhouse 71 or La Creperie de Paris.  If you weren't able to find the reservation you were looking for, I also suggest continuing to search for availability, especially as your arrival date gets closer.  I've even had lots of luck in recent months finding dining reservations around 72-24 hours in advance.  Just keep checking and you might be surprised at what pops up!

Technology is amazing when it works, but it can be so frustrating when you can't find what you need (and when it comes to emails, sometimes I swear they must be hiding somewhere with all those left socks from my laundry).  Here's the great news, though –– if your Disney Park Pass reservations are showing up on your Disney Account under My Disney Experience, that's all the confirmation you need.  That means those reservations are attached to your tickets and ready to use when you arrive.  All you'll need to do is tap your MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or Key to the World Card at the park's entrance and you'll be on your way to a day full of adventure.

Thanks for visiting planDisney, Teresa.  If you have any other questions as your trip approaches, please be sure to stop by again –– we're always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Amy
